Joe Starr has been on stage and singing all of his life. He has appeared in local stage productions and has modeled for several magazine ads. He has been a member of Actors Rep of Manhattan for the last 6 years. When he’s not acting, Joe is a full time traveling medical rep. for Philips Medical. "More Than Friends?" marked his independent film debut.
