JillDiane has much experience on the road, touring with dozens of entertainment companies, as well as Off-Broadway appearances in shows such as Elizabeth Swados’s “Bible Women” and “Missionaries on Their Knees.” She has toured worldwide with the critically acclaimed show “Cirque Ingenieux,” for which she created all the original melodies and was an on-site director. She sang live on NBC’s “Today Show” and did many live radio interviews. JillDiane’s polished, soulful voice was also heard singing backup for all the artists at the “1995 Beach Music Awards,” including Dionne Warwick, Chuck Jackson, O.C. Smith, among others and recently appeared as a guest on Long Island News 12. Continuing to record in the studio, JillDiane pulls from a catalog of music she has written and continues to write. Her single “No Returns” was number 27 on the Billboard Singles Sales chart and hit the top ten on many other charts. She also creates, arranges, and sings background vocals for dozens of artists in all types of music. JillDiane has hosted two different local cable TV shows, “MSN Musicians TV” and “On the Move,” for which she was also a producer. She has also produced her own music video for the single “All I Want,” and it has been added to Much Music. She has appeared in the film “Mo' Better Blues” and has been in commercials for LA Gear and Wisk. Her music has appeared in the independent film “More Than Friends?” by Jeff Burns, and she wrote the title song for a teenage pregnancy documentary shown in high schools nationwide. JillDiane has studied all types of dance, with 15 years of tap, jazz and ballet at June Claire dance studio while performing in the J.C. Lynn Dance Company and was a finalist in the Bob Fosse scholarship fund. She has directed, produced, choreographed, and performed in dozens of full blown dancing fashion shows for charity events. She has also studied voice through the years with Thurman Bailey, Jim Dawson, Nancy Pinto, and Robert Marks. JillDiane started her musical journey as a clarinet player. Quickly excelling, she started playing in the Morris County College Orchestra and then became solo clarinetist for the Stony Brook University Orchestra in only her junior year of high school. The compilation of original songs on her Modern Voices Records/ Universal released CD entitled “Get in My Life” captures the true essence of her unique singing and songwriting talent. It features “in your face” pop hits such as “All I Want” and “No Returns” and addicting ballads such as “Kiss You Lovely” and “Time’s Movin’ Slow.” JillDiane’s powerful vocals and strong stage presence are sure to take the millennium by storm.
